so i joined a internship in september and one of the rules was no new dating relationships, and i was totaly fine with that. no new dating relationships? what kind of internship are you in?? well if it is that obvious that people around you notice you hit it off well then why not ask her out? I'm pretty sure she would like it. heck its getting close to valentines day if you know how to cook make her dinner or something, if not ask her out to diner! :) good luck hun dating in America isn't too hard lol
I say pursue it, but keep it on the down-low. They can't fire you for dating, but I wouldn't draw the attention. If it gets serious, make sure you let your HR rep know about it. It will protect both of you in the event the relationship goes south
