Court date drug testing need some advice?

i have a court date coming up on december 4 for shoplifting, i am 18 and it is my first offense.

They probably could make you take a drug test, whether or not they will is a different question.
They could, but they won't unless they have some reason to believe that your crime had something to do with drugs. If you are given probation, though, you could be drug tested every week.
