Good Conversation Starters For Two 16 year olds HELP!? Date advice?

Ok so I asked this girl out for valentines day we are going to the cinema with my two friends and their two girlfriends the girls all know eachother. Only problem is she is quite shy I need some good icebrakers to maybe bring her outta her shell so to speak and get her yapping so i dont have to do all the convo starting. My biggest fear is having an awkward silence. I do like her and rumour has it she likes me.

Help appreciated.

Tis our first date.Good Conversation Starters For Two 16 year olds HELP!? Date advice?
Tell her that this Valentines date has been made special cause she agreed to go out with you.

Then ask about what she has been up to all week, and her plans for weekend. Ask things like, where she has travelled, her likes/ your likes/dislikes etc. Mention that one of your dislikes are 'awkward silences'....and this may cause her think !

After this (and if there's a silence) try and 'people watch' this is great when you've nothing to say.... pick a person out of the crowd, and between you, each try and guess what that person does for a living and what their hobbies are... it can be quite funny, for a 10 minute game.. ( but don't say anything out loud, you don't want to offend... !)

And just relax, there will be a few of you, so it's not going to be too awkward a date, as most of the time you'll be watchin the film.. oh.. and don't make 'the move on her ' to quick or soon, she won't appreciate it, and you'll not get a second date !.

Excuse me have you just let one off, that is a good conversation to start with. It would certainly break the ice or is that wind
focus on her. girls love to talk about themselfs.
';So, lets talk about you.';
';Let's talk about you'; is usually always a good thing to say to girls. Going on a triple date may may it more difficult for you to talk one on one with her...as she may be shy around groups, as well. Is she in sports? Music? Drama? Does she have siblings? What does she like to do, listen to music? Go on family vacations. Is she a movie buff? Do you take the same classes? What does she think of college? Just let your imagination flow, buddy. ;)
