LOVE the shy men .. and as far as advice ...
Just remember this ... all it takes is a bit of LISTENING Skills ... listen to the conversation around her (that she is participating in), learn from this ... and then just introduce yourself and ask about what you HEARD ... share an opinion (not too political though! May turn her off).
After a bit of general conversation, ASK if she would like to sit down and have coffee, herbal tea, or a snack ... that should break the ice. Say you enjoyed your conversation and want to continue it through the snack!
and remember this ...
Just because one says 'no' does not mean that all will say 'no'. When a woman sees through to the kind, gentle, caring heart of the man approaching her (and just wanting to share coffee/tea for instance), a little conversation, SHE may CHOOSE to respond .. and you can now find other things to talk about.
Plus, there is always the Museums, the Library, the Galleries, and other places (that are not bars) where there are women looking for the QUALITY men out there ... and I mean it! A little theater date (live theater that is) is far, far a better way to meet an interesting and intelligent woman (who may enjoy your presence) than anything else!What do you think of men that are too shy to date? Some shy guys are very nice. They just need a little self confidence. If You are interested in one, just go up to him and say hi, and start a conversation. He will probably appreciate it.
Study the Word of God and you will receive confidence from the Lord.

I think they re adorable.. My advice is just do it and who cares what happens...
