This is the first time I have asked a girl on a date that I don't know hardly. Usually I become acquainted first. So my question is what is the proper moves to be making up until the official night? Do I need to call her every couple days, text her or just wait until a few days before the date? Do I need to find a way to keep daily contact? That's what my brother says but I am not too sure about that? She going home for Easter... and she's also on Facebook. And advice? haha!Dating Advice Prior to First Date, Please?
NO do not contact her too soon as she may think you are stalking her or being too clingy and that turns them off.Just reassure that the date is still on for that day by contacting her a day before the actual date.Let her guess about you and wait until you see her to get to know her.Good Luck.Dating Advice Prior to First Date, Please?
Good job hooking up the date!
My advice would be not to contact her at all. The phone/internet/email is only for setting up dates, not for talking...at least in the beginning. Until she gets to know you and like you, don't give yourself the chance to screw it up.
The worst thing that could happen after getting a date is you run into awkward phone silence or type something insulting (by accident) before you even go on the date with her.
On the date...
Women respond to a challenge, so don't talk about yourself, ask her questions that keep HER talking and don't chase her, make her come to you. It sounds weird, but it works like crazy.
I would suggest reading some of the free articles by Doc Love on AskMen.com. They really helped me out and I wish I had learned about them earlier. I am very happy in my relationship now and it is largely due to the tips I learned from him.
Of course, this is assuming that you are looking for a quality relationship and not only to jump into bed.
Good Luck!!
