Lunch date... advice?

I have a lunch ';date'; this Thursday. I doubt she sees it as a date which is fine with me. We are going to a Chinese restaurant she mentioned. Just a few questions:

1) Since I technically asked her out to lunch, should I offer to pay full?

2) What to talk about?

3) How to ';hint'; that I would like to start a relationship?

4) Seeing as this is a lunch date, it might only be an hour long. Should I offer to do something afterwards or just finish off the date?

Mind you we work together, that will make a difference... Thanks.Lunch date... advice?
Yes you should offer to pay. Just be yourself and talk about whatever comes naturally. You probably will have some things in common since you work together. She may see this as a date already and she did agree to go. You will get the general feel of how things are going and what she thinks as the date goes on. Take things as they come if you are having a good time and she seems to be as well then maybe offer to do something else.Lunch date... advice?
As a gentlemen sometimes it can be regarded as really considerate if you offer to pay for a girls lunch .When it comes to generating good conversation , it might be nice to look up some of the latest celeb gossip and news .also other good topics in conversations are things like movies and music ,common interests ,travel .AVOID risky topics like politics and religion ! Make sure you genuinely compliment her intelligence and beauty .Be charming , polite and flirtatious if you are keen on the girl .If you both are having a really enjoyable time why not extend it a little longer but make sure you don't spend too much time together in big amounts of time of she will get tired . You want to leave them wanting more .As you both work together it might not be advised to have a relationship with a co-worker . if things go bad then you are stuck in the same office .
since you dont know the answer to question 1 my advice is to cancel the date %26amp; dont worry about dating until you know the answer to question 1
