I went on a date last night with a man I met online. I am an adult, and I told people where I would be.
Our online conversations were great, and so was our entire date once I got over being nervous. We got along really well.
The thing is, and before you make comments about me being a wh0re, or something along those lines...I GET IT! We went back to his place because really, nothing much was open and it was getting cold just driving around. He was very hesitant but we still went. We ended up making out on the couch, and then he showed me around his house, and ended up on his bed watching t.v. We did fool around but we did not have sex.
And then at the end, he drove me home, which is not a short drive for him, and mentioned twice about getting together again, but he's very busy, so another set date wasn't made.
Was the fact that we 'fooled around' something that would make him not want to go out again? While he was driving me home, we both made comments about how unexpected it was, but that we didn't regret it. Is he playing me?
After the first date...advice!?
Ohhhh girl... I know how this is, and it's not in your favor. I don't have a crystal ball, just experience, and in most cases (not all) the guy would not call again. If he did, it was just to hook up, not be serious.
It's better to call it a night and politely go home after a great date. Don't let it drag out like that -- cut it off within a few hours.
All you can do now is wait for if and when he calls you again. Good luck! And be careful next time.
